Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cricket Exchange (“CRX”, “we”, “us”) mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to use the App. Because the App displays market odds, it is intended for users aged 18 and over. The App is not directed to children.

2. What the App provides

The App offers live cricket scores, scorecards, ball-by-ball commentary, fixtures and results, statistics, news, and a real-time view of publicly available match-odds market data. All content is provided for information and entertainment purposes only.

No betting or real-money gambling. The App does not accept money, hold balances, process deposits or withdrawals, place bets, or facilitate any wagering. Odds and market figures are shown for information only and must not be taken as betting advice, a tip, or an inducement to gamble.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep scores, statistics, and odds accurate and timely, but data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, and you should not rely on it for any financial or other decision. You use the information at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content or data from the App without our permission;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
  • Introduce malware or disrupt the App’s operation or other users’ enjoyment of it.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Ads, and the products or services they promote, come from third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for any dealings you have with advertisers.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos, and original content are owned by CRX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Team names, player names, league names, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play Services, Firebase, and AdMob. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRX and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on any content within it.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
